This autumn our mother’s and/or grandmother’s closets are going to be really popular. That is if you’re lucky to have a mother/grandmother who kept all of her old neck scarves.

Hot This Autumn: Scarves

I recommend e-Bay for “scarf-hunting”.

I love scarves, and since I took up knitting I’m in scarf heaven. Two weeks ago I made a scarf/kimino belt made out of satin ribbons in coopered colors. It’s really cute!

I have a really old scarf that belonged to my dad, a red paisly one that I nabbed from him years ago and I love it! The more ancient the better. My boyfriend who is French but working in Japan at the mo sent me some really cool ones recently. I hate the silky ones though. I don’t know why I collect them actually, I never really wear them, but that’s me I guess :)
