cack = an Irish slang word for shite. Not shit now, but shite :)

But I was using it in slightly different context in that I wasn't saying that making people think is shite. I just think that using the whole blanket/concept of think to get attention is cack. To think is always good, n'est pas? I am, therefore I think. :)

I don't think that show was about the clothes being wearable per se. From my understanding Thom Browne is all about making people think. It's about expressing individuality. This was about decline in traditions and strong tailoring (but hey that's just my interpretation of it!). He had the surfer dude, the office chappy, the ole tennis player etc. Old American traditions of dress and style declining.
Personally, I think the ole 'think' thing is a load of cack anyway :)

He sells his suits with the philosophy that one wears them high waisted so that the ankle is visible and he purports that it's best to wear said suits without socks!

Interpretation of whose culture? Show me the American hetro, metro or homo sexual who would don himself that way.

A far as I'm concerned Thom Browne has reinvented the Emperor's new clothes.
